Indian Head 2008 gold one-tenth oz on eBay
 

I bought one of the 2008 Indian Head gold one-tenth oz on eBay, reportedly designed by Daniel Carr.

Do a search for gold and Amero, you will find it.

It passes the Fisch test for the one-tenth gold Maple Leaf. It fits in the slot with a tight fit and I had to push on it to get it through the slot.

Confirms to me that it is genuine .999 gold.

It certainly isn't a proof strike. The surfaces don't look that bad in real life. The scanner picks up and highlights the imperfections in the surface.

If I was going to acquire 1/10 oz. of gold I would pass on this item and get a government struck coin.

I agree........ if you can still find the regular stuff go with that if nothing else but for peace of mind sake.
